Managed cold email infrastructure

Your domain never touches cold email.

Cold email burns sender reputation. That is unavoidable. Pipefire moves the damage onto domains we own, register and replace, so the reputation of your real company domain stays intact.

Domains burn. That is the cost of cold email. When one does, it is pulled from rotation and a replacement is provisioned automatically. You are not asked to do anything.

Questions worth asking

Why not just send from my own domain?

Because cold email damages sender reputation, and that damage is permanent enough to matter. Once your primary domain is filtered, your invoices, contracts and client mail are filtered with it. Pipefire keeps the sending on domains that are designed to be replaced.

Is cold email legal?

In the UK, EU and US, B2B cold email is legal when you identify yourself, provide a working opt-out and honour it. Every message we send carries a List-Unsubscribe header and a visible opt-out, and suppression is enforced before send rather than after.

What happens when a domain burns?

It is pulled from rotation automatically and a replacement is provisioned, configured and warmed without you doing anything. On Pro and Scale this is automatic; on Standard we do it manually for you.

Do I own the domains?

Yes. They are registered for you and you have full DNS control. If you leave, they leave with you.

How long until I can send?

Fourteen days on Standard and Pro — that is the warmup, and skipping it is why most cold email fails. On Scale your infrastructure comes from a pool that has already been warming, so the first send goes out the day you sign.

What do I actually have to do?

Six fields at intake, then approve the domain names we propose. After that the system runs without you until replies land in your inbox.
